Blackwater Worldwide is an American security services training company, originally founded in 1997 by former Navy SEAL officer Erik Prince. Blackwater provides security services to the National Office of Security Enforcement and San Andreas state government on a contractual basis. The current Federal administration contracted the corporate entity to provide services for the FIB and CIA for millions of dollars. In 2016, Blackwater subsidiary Premier Services INC (PSI) received an additional multi-million dollar contract from the San Andreas State Department to patrol as private police with designated jurisdictions within San Andreas' boarders.


LOYALTY

No matter a mercenary's specific unit, training, or rank, remaining loyal to each other, and the crew itself as an entity, no matter the struggles, is fundamental to maintaining an effective presence in-game. Fighting leads to inactivity and inactivity leads to separation or termination.

SKILL

Although skill is cherished within the organization, it comes tertiary to loyalty and honesty. Skill is valued trait scouted for when choosing high level combat affiliates and combat commandants but even the best shooter in the game cannot excel in Blackwater unless they show loyalty to the organization and remain honest with everyone.

HONESTY

Honesty, like respect, is a crucial aspect within the organization for the shear fact that anyone can lie online and unfortunately a lot of people get away with it, however, lies, manipulation, deceiving one another will not be tolerated and in the case of these instances happening, consequences will be implemented.

INTELLECT

Intellect brings in new factors with innovation and mental diversity. Intellect is a key factor analyzed in every single level of positioning within the organization. This is the aspect where age and maturity come into factor. Although exceptions may be made on the age entry regulation, no exceptions are made on individuals whom lack maturity.
