1.) Absolutely no intentional crew killing in open lobbies shall ever be conducted. Repeated "accidental" incidents will be investigated by the proper officials and handled accordingly.
2.) Never abandon your crew when available and able. Although some commands may feel restricting or boring at times, no command is ever implemented with bad intentions and certainly are not there to impede on your enjoyment of the game. 3.) Upon the completion of the initial fundamental structural development stage with the organization, all moderate and high level alterations or additions will need to be voted on according to the basic voting procedure. |
COURT MARSHAL
Blackwater Worldwide mercenaries may be summoned by Court Marshal at some point in their career. This a hearing in front of the Executive Board as they all stand jury to the mishaps or negligence conducted by any mercenary summoned. A Court Marshal summoning may be issued to any ranked individual whom is Basic Infantry, Combatant Command, Elite Mercenary, and even Executive. This process is simple; attend on your summoned date, plead your case, answer questions/disputes, Executive jury discussed the case once it is verbally over, then a final ruling is implemented and either served without issue or a termination of contract will be conducted.

VOTING & ELECTION PROCESS
Once a mercenary has earned their name on the Elections List, every two months they will be available to receive votes over a period of five days, which will be the final Monday through Friday of every other month. The Ownership Executive position will be the one position that is appointed and not elected. If no replacement is necessary for the ownership of the company, no replacement will be appointed. Only the owner can appoint a new owner unless 80% of the organization, or more, vote for a legal overturn. Any individual whom has earned their name on the Elections List that desires to receive votes over a specific election process must simply notify a current Executive and their name will be placed on the ballot and specify which Executive position they are campaigning for. The following is the step for step general elections process for non-ownership Executive positions;
-Earn name placement on "Elections List".
-Specify interests in a specific General Elections Race at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the intended General Elections Race.
-Campaign in two live debates.
-60 second campaign promotion.
-The two candidates whom received the most votes will partake in one final live debate and produce a 60 to 90 second video campaign add.
-Executive Polls will be opened on 12am on the final Monday of the month of the election and the polls will close at 12am that next Friday.
-The one candidate of the two whom received the most votes is your new designated Executive.
NOTE : This process is identical for every specific Executive position available under the Election Process. All votes will be visible to all hired. Each hired mercenary is entitled to an equal vote.
PRESENTING A VOTE
If a mercenary feels they have an instance worth bringing to the table to be voted on, they will need to present that instance to an Executive and if that Executive feels that the instance is in fact in qualification to be voted on, that Executive will present the issue at the next meeting and specify who originated the initiative.
EXECUTIVE ORDERS
An Executive of Blackwater Worldwide has the authority to self-implement alterations, additions, and subtractions on the Blackwater Worldwide structure. Executive Orders oversee the regulatory voting procedures of the company, usually conducted by populous vote, but are only legally implemented at certain times ;
- If the Company has entered a "State of Emergency"
- If severe issue has gone non-addressed for 30 days or longer
OR
-If the Regulatory Voting Procedure implemented was unsuccessful in addressing the issue.
Executive Orders have to be developed and implemented by an Executive, or Executives, and then approved by a total of 75% or more of the current sitting Executives of that time. Only Executive Orders that are voted on and passed by the Board of Executives will be disclosed.
